All animals at Lost World are guaranteed healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. Orders are shipped priority overnight to your door with "Live Arrival Guarantee."
Orders must be paid in full before shipment. All shipping containers are foam insulated with hot or cold packs added as needed for maximum animal comfort and survivability.
Buyer must be available for first delivery attempt by chosen courier or "Live Arrival Guarantee" is voided.
If you are not completely satisfied or the animal arrives deceased, we require notification within 24 hours to receive a full refund or replacement of equal value.
Most forms of payment are accepted including: Certified & Personal checks, postal money orders and Credit Cards. All checks must clear before shipment |

Payment Plans are available on an individual basis with a 20%, non-refundable deposit. Animals must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
If buyer fails to pay the full amount within the time allotted, or changes their mind, seller reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately and refund monies, less the 20% deposit.
